TOKYO-It has been more than a year after Toyota first launched its version of the FT-86 Coupe concept at the Tokyo Motor Show 2009.During the year, has so many, rumors and whispers about the car, including the certainty of its release.
But now that question unanswered, because the car was built by two Japanese car manufacturers Toyota and Subaru are likely to be present in November 2011.
Toyota will produce the FT-86 with different versions and models with a version of the concept. But Toyota is still promising that the Ft-86 production version is not less aerodynamic.
Both the FT-86 by using the brand Toyota or Subaru, is rumored to be using the machine-made Subaru boxer four-cylinder, 2,500 cc capacity which can generate power to 305 horsepower.
Just like its legendary predecessor, AE 86 times it has two doors, will use a rear-wheel drive.
In the interior, it raises the aura of a sporty car to support the exterior appearance. Inside the cabin there are aluminum pedals, navigation system, instrument panel gray blend of dark colors on the dashboard.
Although no official release, but the FT-86 is expected to be sold at a price of approximately Rp226 million.
